Raw balls with blueberry


RAW BALLS WITH BLUEBERRY
Makes 10-15

Recept på svenska

150 g (5.3oz) dates
50 g (1.8oz) almonds
50 g (1.8oz) raisin
25 g (0.9oz) shredded coconut
15 g (0.5oz) coconut oil (melted)
100 g (3.5oz) frozen blueberries
2 tbsp blueberry powder (may be excluded)
50 g (1.8oz) dark chocolate

coconut flakes or shredded coconut

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor
  2. Shape round balls and cover in shredded coconut or coconut flakes
  3. Refridgerate for 30 mins
  4. Enjoy!
