Simple chocolate truffle fudge

This simple recipe contains 3 ingredients only. It is very simple to make and takes only a few minutes to prepare. The only thing is that you have to wait for about 1 hour while it is resting in the fridge before you can enjoy your own homemade chocolate truffle fudge.

1 can condensed milk (use sweetened if you prefer your fudge slightly more sweet and less bitter)
400 g dark chocolate
50 g butter

Flavor ideas: freeze dried raspberries, flaked salt, limezest, chiliflakes…

  1. Break chocolate into small pieces and place into a heatproof bowl. Add condensed milk and butter.
  2. Let it melt over a pan of barely simmering water and stir until melted completely.
  3. Place the mixture into a pan covered with parchment paper. Sprinkle for example freeze dried raspberries and flaked salt on top.
  4. Leave it to rest in the fridge for about 1 hour. Cut into pieces and ENJOY!
